Would you like to travel but can't right now because it's too damn expensive! The dollar is so weak you can't get any bang for the buck. And then there's gas prices. Yikes!! We're going to take care of this problem by taking you on a world tour of wine where we'll visit six different countries on three different continents.

Come join us this Saturday to sample some very delicious wines and cheese and, as if that weren't enough, we'll even be tasting St. Germain cocktails. Never had one?? Roughly equal parts of dry sparkling wine, club soda, and St. Germain, an elderflower liqueur. Serve these to your guests and you'll be doing some serious styling!

While it seems like a lot of Americans have little use for the French or their culture, we tend to embrace the French (hey, my last name's Benoit) and especially their wine. In light of July's Tour de France Erskine's focusing this month on French wines.
